Safe conduct at
the yEFIS 1st symposium
For everyone's safety and due to the constantly high numbers of SARS-CoV-2 infections, the organisers of the yEFIS 1st Symposium have imposed the following procedures:
-
Testing before coming to Germany is advised to avoid isolation in Germany
-
Bringing your own masks and tests
-
Refraining from coming to the event, or leaving promptly if you test positive for, or develop symptoms associated with COVID-19
-
Complying with mask requirement policy: face masks (medical or FFP2, KN95 or N95) are mandatory. They should be worn indoors during the entire congress
-
Following any instructions on physical distancing and crowd circulation at the event
-
Observing good hand-washing and hygiene etiquette.
If you test positive for COVID-19 please act responsibly and withdraw immediately from the conference. Contact the yEFIS organising committee and we will be pleased to provide advice and help.
Please note that:
-
Cleaning and disinfection protocols are in place as a standard and hand sanitizing stations are provided in abundance throughout the building
-
Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for cancellations in the case of individual cancellations due to illness or due to the employer
-
In Berlin, it is still compulsory to wear FFP2 masks in public transport: "FFP2 mask without valve applies in Bus, underground, S-Bahn, tram and on ferries"
-
Requirements are subject to change according to COVID-19 regulations in Berlin.
