Registration instructions

Registration is closed.

If you wish to virtually attend the conference, you now can! The following things are included in your registration fee:

  • Full virtual conference experience through zoom

  • Listen to all keynotes and plenary sessions (early-career researcher presentations)

  • Join all panel discussions and workshops inside the conference

  • Engage with all the sessions happening in the lecture hall

  • Copy of abstract book (soft copy)

  • Participation certificate (soft copy)

Unfortunately, as you join us virtually, you will not be able to participate in the poster sessions, the networking sessions and the interaction with our exhibitors and EFIS young national society representatives.

You will receive detailed information regarding the zoom link to attend the conference in the 2 days preceding the conference.

Registration fees for virtual attendance are indicated below. 

Once you register you will receive a confirmation email with information for payment (via bank transfer or Paypal). Payment of the registration fee is required before November 7th, 23:59pm CET.

Please note that if payment (or proof of payment) is not received by the indicated deadline, we will not be in a position to send you the zoom link for attendance.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Please note that no refunds or reimbursements will be issued upon cancellation or modification of registration to virtual attendance. Please refer to FAQ for more information.

 

For information - Registration fees​ for in-person attendance

The registration fee covers in-person attendance to lectures and presentations, conference materials, lunch on both days, coffee and pastries during breaks, and social events. It does not include accommodation.
